Upside down Vinyasa workshop
Inverted and balanced. We search for stability upside down through different exercises and focus on armabalances, forearmstand and handstand. A lot of warm up, mobility, preparations, variations and strengthening exercises will be covered. After this workshop you have exercises to choose from to create a home practice too - because consistency is key!
You as a practitioner: Enjoy a challenge, already have some experience in vinyasa yoga, want to deepen your practice and learn to trust your hands more. During the class we use props, wall and work in pairs.
Bring a towel, woolly socks and your can-do attitude:)
