Transition with lightness, move slowly and create conditions to start floating. Core connection is crucial! We focus on exploring the use of bandhas, alignment, breath and core work. Experience of vinyasa yoga recommended but all levels welcome. Bring a small towel and woolly socks (because we might not yet float but we can slide:))!
This workshop will be useful for you if you want some extra knowledge and practice about vinyasas and those more challenging transitions (and armbalances and inversions). We will also cover jumping through and back and exercises to start making that happen. This will be fun:)
