As we slowly move from longer days to longer nights and go back to work or school, we might feel some restlessness. All those unanswered emails, courses to plan, essays to write, doctors’ appointments to make. How do we organize ourselves in the present moment to see what’s important and what’s not? Can we keep that feeling of holiday bliss even when our holiday is over?

Join us for a two hour long workshop where we organize our bodies and minds using yoga and Mindfulness meditation as our tools.

One part of the workshop will be an all level yin & yang yoga practice, influenced by Hatha and Katonah Yoga. The other part is a Mindfulness meditation practice, also all levels welcome.

Mindfulness is an individual's ability to be fully present and aware of where we are and what we do, while not being too receptive and stifled about everything that happens around us.
